What is a Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA)?
The preventative maintenance agreement offered by Four Seasons Heating and Cooling is a contract to service the units of your home or place of business two times a year to ensure your system is clean, healthy and running efficiently. Just as you take yourself in for routine dental and medical maintenance and your car for tune-ups, your heating and air conditioning unit is also an important and complex machine that needs to be checked often. Neglecting to monitor your heating and air conditioning system could result in costly repairs and an uncomfortable living/working environment. We work with our customers to customize an agreement that matches your needs and fits your schedule.

Here are just a few of the many benefits of a preventative maintenance agreement:
-
Affordability
Several costly mechanical failures can arise from the smallest of issues. For a fraction of the cost of a major repair, a preventative maintenance contract can keep the all the small parts moving as they’re supposed to and keep them from becoming big, expensive problems.
-
Comfort
If you’ve ever experienced an air conditioning failure in a Las Cruces summer, you know how uncomfortable the feeling is. Even if the temperatures outside reach triple digits, you would rather be out in the elements where there’s a slight breeze than an enclosed space with no cool air. Having your systems routinely checked to head off any potential problems will result in a comfortable indoor environment for your family all year round.
-
Convenience
Between family, work, school and other activities, nobody is happy to have their schedule suddenly interrupted to have a problem fixed that could have been easily avoided. One of the strongest benefits of a PMA from Four Seasons is that our bi-annual service fits into your schedule and prevents future interruptions of your life by extending the life of your heating and air conditioning system.
-
Peace of Mind
With a preventative maintenance agreement, you can trust that the system that controls the comfort of your home has been checked by a professional and is prepared for a hot summer or cold winter. Before each of these two extreme seasons, we will send a technician to your home or business to verify that your units will be able to withstand the temperatures and continue running as they should in the coming months.
